Sport Specific Background
Coach Rob is a Former HS and Semi Pro Defensive Coach (DB, LB and DC). He has over 20 years experience in the sport of football as a player and coach. After his playing career ended, Coach Rob picked up road cycling as a hobby, which immediately turned into a competitive sport. He raced domestically for 4 years until the COVID pandemic and is just now picking back up the competitive side of the sport. He is currently training to get back in shape to complete in Gran Fondo events later the year, with his team Team Stages Cycling.
